When it comes to skincare, there’s nothing quite as luxurious as a professional facial. It’s the ultimate beauty boost, an experience that can be as rewarding for your spirit as it is for your skin.

It might be an uncomfortable topic, but if we’re going to discuss skincare, we need to address acne, those dreadful spots that seem to appear out of nowhere and always at the most inconvenient times.

I want to start this post by saying I’m not a dietitian or a nutritionist, and I’m not here to lecture anyone about their diet. I believe that everyone’s diet is highly personal, and there’s no single plan that works for everyone. I also recognize that many different factors can influence how someone eats.
